Obamacare still a political football

It's difficult to find a news story or commentary about Obamacare these days without seeing or hearing the words "train wreck." Whether that becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy remains to be seen as health-insurance exchanges kick off in October and the Affordable Care Act's main provisions take effect in 2014.
