Legislative notebook: Haslam to announce Medicaid expansion decision today

Gov. Bill Haslam will announce his decision on whether to recommend expansion of Medicaid in Tennessee in a speech to a joint session of the state House and Senate today - just hours before legislative committees are scheduled to consider the issue.
