Caution on menu label reform

In the coming weeks, the Food and Drug Administration is expected to release a final ruling on a little known provision buried in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act requiring restaurants with 20 or more locations to erect in-store calorie menu boards with information on all items offered for sale.
