Expect wrangling over budget

As the Legislature begins voting on the state's $9.9 billion general fund budget, which will take effect Oct. 1, some key differences are beginning to emerge from the fiscal plan submitted by Gov. Rick Snyder and those approved in House and Senate spending committees.
