Group gathering signatures for Medicaid expansion ballot initiative

Frustrated with GOP leaders refusal to act on Gov. John Kasich's proposed Medicaid expansion, advocates for the uninsured have begun collecting signatures which could send the issue to the ballot for voters to decide.
