Foley apologizes for criticism of low-income Nebraskans' financial skills

State auditor Mike Foley, flanked by ex-Omaha mayor Jim Suttle and Fire Chief Michael McDonnell, apologized Friday for comments he made last week about the financial skills of low-income Nebraskans.
