NHDP - NHGOP Rep. Kurk "I do not know what the issues are" in Medicaid Expansion

Concord At the Medicaid Expansion Study Commission this morning, Republican Representative Neal Kurk raised questions about why he had been appointed to serve on it after admitting, "speaking for myself I do not know what the issues are."
