Lieutenant Governor Ron Ramsey , Senate Commerce Chairman Senator Jack Johnson and House Republican Caucus Chairman Rep. Glen Casada on Tuesday announced that new legislation aimed at cutting the size of Tennessee state government is now in effect as of Monday.
