The word unfaltering has appeared in two New York Times articles in the past year, including on Jan. 20 in " Medicaid Expansion Is Delicate Maneuver for Arizona's Republican Governor " by Fernanda Santos: As of last week, the only other Republican governor to back the Medicaid expansion was Jack Dalrymple of North Dakota.
