April 22, 2013 - On January 8, 2013, GE Healthcare initiated a nationwide voluntary field corrective action of the Giraffe Incubator with a Servo Control Oxygen System and Giraffe OmniBed, which were manufactured from August 1, 2012 through December 20, 2012.
