Morrisey hired firm to publicize case

On Feb. 14, Attorney General Patrick Morrisey charged Achraf Assi, the owner of two convenience stores in Putnam County, with price gouging - illegally raising the price of bottled water just as demand spiked in the wake of the Jan. 9 Elk River chemical leak.
