Blue Cross of NC's revenue, profit, and executive pay up in 2013 [Legal Monitor Worldwide]
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina's profit grew by about 60 percent to $92.6 million in 2013 compared with the prior year, and it bumped up the pay of 10 of its top executives in the year.
