Kathleen Falk: Wisconsin Gov. Walker should revisit Medicaid expansion

Kathleen Falk , who is regional director for the agency running Obamacare, urged Gov. Scott Walker and Republican Wisconsin legislative leaders to change course on their rejection of federal funding to expand Medicaid coverage in the state.
