Houses passes measure to prevent military pension cuts

The U.S. House of Representatives voted 326-90 on Tuesday to prevent a reduction in cost of living increases in pensions for military retirees under age 62. The Senate debated the military pension issue on Tuesday afternoon, but there was no word on when a vote would be scheduled.
