Endo pays $193M to settle off-label marketing of pain patch

Endo Health Solutions agreed Friday to plead guilty and pay $192.7 million in a criminal and civil settlement related to its promotion of its pain medicine Lidoderm for uses not approved by the Food and Drug Administration .
