DHH executive retires

Phillips has submitted papers to the Louisiana State Employees Retirement System that indicate he plans to leave state government employment effective March 1. DHH did not respond to inquiries over several days about Phillips planned departure which was the subject of a Wednesday staff meeting at DHH headquarters.
