White House unveils better HealthCare.gov

The Obama administration says errors and sluggish response times have been dramatically cut ahead of today's second rollout of its problem-plagued health care website, but questions remain about how well it will function - and complications yet to play out in the law itself could cause problems for years to come, critics say.
