Fast-tracked Michigan election funding bill may aid incumbents

The Republican-controlled Legislature has put on a fast track legislation that could affect the upcoming statewide elections by making it more difficult to unseat incumbents, but some parts of the proposals are causing infighting among GOP conservatives.
