Rep. Blackburn Slams Sebelius Testimony on O'Reilly: Staggering 'Incompetence'

Republican Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn joined Bill O'Reilly on Wednesday night to talk Obamacare, and when O'Reilly asked her if the screwy rollout was a sign of incompetence in the White House, Blackburn agreed that the "incompetence on every level is absolutely staggering."
