Health chief Sebelius apologizes for botched website

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius faced angry questions from lawmakers Wednesday in her first -- but likely not last -- testimony in Congress about the dysfuntional website that has hampered implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
