Iowa AG Tom Miller wants FDA to ban e-cigarette sales to minors

Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller said Tuesday he is asking the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to prohibit the sale of electronic cigarettes to minors, and to restrict their ingredients and advertising.
