The state Health Benefits Exchange board has delayed yet again its vote to certify the Qualified Health Plans that will be sold in the new health insurance exchange starting October 1. The board met earlier today, eight days after first delaying the vote in hopes that more health insurance providers could be approved to participate in the exchange.
