Medicaid, food stamps benefits went to deceased, incarcerated recipients, state audit reports

Medicaid , food stamps and cash assistance for needy families intended for low-income individuals inappropriately went to hundreds of Oregonians, according to an audit released today by the Oregon Secretary of State .
