Gov. Rick Snyder: Michigan budget plan contains 'good things' but 'more work' needs to be done

Gov. Rick Snyder on Tuesday said an agreement on budget targets reached by Republican leaders contains "many good things for Michigan" - but it leaves some long-term issues unresolved.
