VSP Investigates Fatal Fluvanna Co. Crash

Police say 52-year-old Thomas Jakubowski of Charlottesville was driving westbound on Route 250 when he crossed the center line, sideswiping a Ford pickup and hitting a GMC truck head-on. The driver of the GMC truck, 36-year-old Dimas Cornejo-Lobato of Henrico, is in the hospital being treated for serious injuries.
