Ohio continues to pursue flexibility on Medicaid

Ohio Gov. John Kasich's administration says it will continue discussions with federal officials over how to give health coverage to more low-income Ohioans, despite a move by legislative leaders to scrap the Republican's plans for expanding the federal-state Medicaid program.
