Health Net volatility low into CMS announcing a 3.3% rate increase

CMS's final 2014 Medicare Advantage rates issued, says BofA/Merrill BofA/Merrill said the CMS issued its final 2014 Medicare Advantage rates which included a doc fix that resulted in rates that are approximately 5.5% better than the original announcement.
