Gun group targets lawmakers who don't 'understand the Constitution'

John Harris, executive director of the Tennessee Firearms Association, has listed five state legislators - along with House Speaker Beth Harwell and Senate Speaker Ron Ramsey - as legislators "who do not understand the Constitution" as it applies to gun rights.
