Gary leaders call for proactive approach for next General Assembly

During a legislative panel discussion, Gary Council Vice President Kyle Allen and Lake County Councilman Jerome Prince joined state senators Earline Rogers and Lonnie Randolph and state representatives Charlie Brown and Vernon Smith on a discussion of the bills passed during the 2013 General Assembly session.
